3 Day Immersive - Elemental Retreat

This 3 Day retreat will be a deeply immersive experience exploring sacred practices associated with the elements of nature and the physical body:

Earth, Water, Fire, Wind and Ether

Each participant will be guided into a meditative space to witness the soul, offering a healing space for the thinking mind. Recognising the fundamental energy in all, the heart of peace, clarity and freedom to live out our true purpose in harmony with our highest calling.

Elements

The soul needs a physical body to experience a human life. The body contains all 4 elements of EARTH, WATER, FIRE and AIR to take birth. The soul is the element of ETHER.

We take birth to experience spiritual growth. The soul takes birth in the physical body to experience human life. Human life is very precious, it is only in the human body can we consciously experience emotions like love, anger, jealousy, pride and happiness.

It is through the elements one can realise the ultimate truth, to know the soul.

Many great humans like the Buddha, Jesus and Guru Nanak have come to know the Soul through the means of a particular element. For example, Gautama Shakyamuni became the Buddha through the element of air when he sat under the Bodhi tree out in the open sky.

 Jesus Christ was resurrected when he was locked within the tomb under the earth. After 3 days, Jesus was risen to say that he died for our sins, showing us death is the transition for the soul to be liberated. Guru Nanak was taking his morning bath in a river when he submerged himself for 4 days under the water to reappear and begin his journey by foot to share the message of Ek Ong Kar - God is One. 

These masters set the way for others to live free of suffering and to know the source of all creation within.

Our purpose of this retreat is to experientially come to be with each element, to share practices associated with the elements and see that we are the soul experiencing a human birth to grow spiritually.
