We offer the Sacred Road Restorative Healing retreat for participants to access a reservoir of healing and energy to fulfill the rest and rejuvenation needed for the body and mind, to ease through the demands of modern living and expand your daily productivity.

This retreat will anchor your mind in a calm higher awareness and gift your body with nurturing healing vibrations of sound and movement. Staying 3 days 2 nights in the country comfort of the Curraweena House Heritage Building nestled in the natural landscape of the foothills of Blue Mountains.

What is included:

• 3 Days and 2 nights stay at the heritage Curraweena House Retreat Centre in Kurrajong NSW
• All vegetarian meals, Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner included
• Morning and afternoon tea (with snacks)
• Each day will be provided with sessions of Yoga, Kirtan, Sound Healing and Meditation specific to the time of day and the area of exploration
• Guided walks

Optional Passes:

• 1 Day pass (Saturday) at the heritage Curraweena House Retreat Centre in Kurrajong NSW
• Kirtan Pass (Saturday evening only)
