Manipur Chakra is about confidence in oneself. Confidence with self-love, one's identity, one's capabilities, and one's beliefs. It is believing in yourself that you are that. You are what you wish yourself to be in the proudest yet humble way. So, believe you are that. Trust that you are that. You can do it.

To take action in life is easier said than done. When the moment arrives and we must act, we need that fire within to lend us its energy so we can perform our duties. No fire, no warmth, no heat no life. A balanced solar plexus chakra means an abundance of vitality and energy. Bountiful and alive! But be cautious, as too much fire can lead to uncontrolled anger and frustrations.

Energy needs to be directed. It is good practice to manage and direct our energy into positive avenues. Everyone will go through the stage of searching for one's identity. The initial burst of power and concentration will probably result in a cramp, and very likely an underperformed result. If the athlete had warmed up and stretched then their body would be well equipped for the task.

If we use this approach and think of our energetic body, having a balanced solar plexus chakra is important then, for optimal functioning of our body, and in turn our life. When we have the energy within us, it becomes so much easier to be confident and sure of oneself.
