The throat chakra is important so that we can communicate and speak with others clearly, coherently and so that others can understand what we wish to articulate. Things can become lost in translation. Being able to speak openly, confidently, and in a way that engages the listener is a valuable skill.
Self-expression
Sometimes we may feel lost for words to describe or explain how we feel and what we think. The first step to self-expression is being able to express to our own selves how we feel and what we think. Essentially, if there are blockages when it comes to being able to connect with ourselves, then it would be more difficult to try and express ourselves to others. Self love and nurture comes first in this stage of self-expression.
Speaking Truth
When our Heart Chakra is balanced we will discover a river of peace within. Tranquil, calm and pristine. We become the embodiment of peace itself.
